NEU: EU-READ&ART
Objectives of the project EU-READ&ART
Taking into account our main guideline as adult learning providers working at EU level, the "EU policy in the field of adult learning" which fosters adult participation in formal, non-formal and informal learning whether to acquire work skills, for active citizenship, or for personal development and fulfilment and, on the other hand, the unexpected global pandemic, which brought all learning activities to be online, we investigated about the learners we aim to help.
With this renewed and improved Cooperation Partnership, we aim to achieve the following goals:
1) Equip adults with important digital skills make them feel included into society and connected with other adults in Europe
2) Empower literacy skills of adult learners through reading in small groups, creating artistic expressions and short book trailers
3) Increase the level of employment, at the local and at the European level, for marginalized adults
4) Increase the n° of EU readers
5) Face new socio-emotional problems that emerged during the last year in adult learners (depression, demotivation and fears) with the powerful weapons of "culture" and "dialogue"
6) Enhance skills development and competences that reinforce creativity, as well as to boost quality, innovation and recognition of informal learning in adult education
7) Develop resilience of the cultural and creative sectors
8) Give to local learning processes an international dimension
9) Promoting Erasmus for adult learners as a second chance to upgrade basic skills and be the "changing actors" of their lives
10) Support new authors to be discovered and read
11) Create concrete small networks at the local level between partners and local public and public libraries
12) Develop among partners a mentoring and life coaching program to support our team working in adult education, suffering difficult conditions, with learners who need more help and support. Transversally, we aim at contributing to increase the quality of adult education and the professional profiles of educators of adult learners.

We plan
to achieve a big main Project Result, the "First European Digital Library of Book Trailers and Creative Expressions". The realization of 3 quality Transnational Project Meetings and 3 important and instructive Learning Mobilities (LTTs)
We do multiplier events:
Reading Lab per week except during August
The book trailers experimentation phase and book trailers realization phase
Creative Expressions which can be the same book trailers or other pure art expressions of all participants
Become all Digital Swimmers (formally Media Literates) - see attachment to the webform - knowing the ocean of digital tools, its aware use, its dangers and potential for a creative use, towards higher employability of adult learners and of the same educators and trainers in their teaching profession
Our Cooperation Partnership will be like a plant: sustained by a rich soil (our competences as an international

NEU: Green Digital Diversity
Environmental problems, migration and the change caused  by IT are global challenges people are faced with. A new European Programm ,called Green Digital Diversity wants to help people to manage these problems.  We want to create an evironmental  awareness and to make clients familiar with the idea of life long learning in order to get and keep a job. Life long learning is based on IT- skills.Educational institution from five European contries ( Portugal,Spain, Slovenia,Italy,Germany) set up a teaching programm to make their clients being able to manage different challenges. Our target grous are migrants, young unemployed people between 18-25 who we want to teach basic language skills and as well IT-knowledge to compete better on labour market. As well we want to inform about enviromental problems as climate change, garbage problems. The instutions taking part in this project show people for example what to do in ordert o reduce garbage, how to recycle used products and what everybody can do to minimize his carbon footprint. Working with migrants it is also our target to teach basic knowledge about history ,politics and culture of the countries migrants stay in order to support integration in host´s country´society. Therefore every institution developps modular educational offers refering to the previously  mentioned topics. The projects runs two years. After that period acquired participiant skills are evaluated.

Conoco
CONOCO _ COping with NO mobility during COrona Virus times : Learning from each other
Since Covid-19 emerged to a pandemic in 2020, it has compelled many governments around Europe to take extreme measures of lock down to an unimaginable degree until then. As a result millions of Europeans were forced to stay home for an extended period of time. This new reality found most, unprepared to adapt their working, leaving, producing, creating, learning, teaching and living habits and be as productive and effective while staying at home. Thus, CONOCO project aims to collect practices from the partner countries and beyond, on how the European employees-employers, educators-students, parents-grandparents, including people with disabilities, were coping with staying at home and also highlighting original, typical approaches that proved to be efficient and helped people’s productivity and creativity.

INNOMATH
INNOMATH - Innovative enriching education processes for Mathematically Gifted Students in Europe” The project INNOMATH is approved and funded by the European Commission under ERASMUS+ KA2 in the field of Strategic Partnerships for school education. This project intends to develop new methodologies for supporting gifted pupils in mathematics of age 10-18, which can be used inside and outside any school environment.

The field of teaching, learning and support to gifted students is surrounded by a lot of emotions, there is no model of definition on giftedness that researchers has agreed upon. The different models argue if giftedness is innate or if it is developed. Most of the modern models claim that the development part at least is the most important - in relation to why we should do anything at all in education for those students who we can call for example gifted, talented, excellent, or highly able. In addition, many teachers feel uncertain of how to reach their "gifted" students, they are unsure whether their math skills are good enough and they are not familiar with pedagogical methods on how to include the "gifted" in learning. Most articles on gifted education ends up "teachers need more professional development on giftedness".

This group of teachers are the group that this project aims to support by developing an Electronic Guidebook through which they can be guided in their teaching and support to "gifted" students with a role of facilitators. The project will produce an innovative set of guidelines and tools for teachers enriching their competence for supporting gifted pupils inside and outside the classroom environment. The results of INNOMATH are expected to contribute also to the following school education priorities as described in ERASMUS+ Programme Guide:
- Supporting teachers in dealing with diversity in the classroom;
- Supporting teachers in adopting collaborative and innovative practices,
- Supporting schools to tackle disadvantage and to offer quality education, enabling success for all students, from the LOWEST to the HIGHEST end of the academic spectrum.

First Generation Second Chance
First Generation Second Chance is an European project between several further education centers to improve migrants´situation . The project in which Slownia, Italy, Spain ,Malta and Germany , cooperate, started in 2020 and will end in May 2022. In most European countries migrants´ chilldren of the second generation living in Europe can have better career and improve their economic situation, because they are mostly more integrated in host society than their parents had been. But this is not always the case. The target of this project is to improve migrants´situation in the next generation. This is why education centers participating in the project offer a variety of Education programmes ranging from Language classes in the host country´s language  to cooking classes and sport activities to make the next generation more integrated in daily life. As well it´s the project´s goal to compare cultural habits of the host society to those of the migrants in ordert o make people familiar to each others culture. This knowledge might support reducing prejudices both have- migrants and citizians of host society. Food and craft can connect both groups. Therefore cooking classes and crafts work are also esential part of the project to make people to get each other know.

LIDS
MAIN AIM OF the Project LIDS Creation of a curriculum for learning digital skills for disadvantaged adults

CONTEXT OF LIDS
A recent international survey on adult skills reveals in fact that the results of Europe are worse than those of many of its competitors.
• One-fifth of adults in the EU have very low levels of literacy and numerical calculation, while a quarter are not able to use digital technologies effectively.
• So, one adult in four is lacking in the digital skills necessary for a satisfactory participation in social and economic life, as well as in everyday life. In November 2011 the Council "The renewed European agenda for adult learning" (EAAL) was adopted by the Council which recognizes the need for all adults to regularly strengthen their personal and professional skills through flexible and high-quality learning at any time of life focusing on results. Therefore, we need training aimed at educators for effective adult integration. From a direct comparison with the partners the following needs emerged:
• Shortage of offer and quality learning opportunities based on the individual needs of adults in the digital environment.
• Difficulty in accessing courses to improve skills levels through informal and non-formal learning for adults.
• Low demand, motivation and participation of adults in progress towards the achievement of higher qualifications.
• Difficulties of participating organizations to identify quality learning paths tailored to the needs of individual adult learners.
• Difficulty of trainers to adapt and update themselves to new methods and best practices developed at European level in adult education.
• Lack of specialized trainers for adult education.
• increase participation rates in continuing education.

LIFE II

Digital@adults:
The project idea was born from the will of the partnership to create an effective and repeatable model at European level of teaching new digital tools to adults, in particular the use of social networks. From the comparison with the partners, it has emerged that there are many different approaches to disadvantaged adults and the teaching techniques used by educators. The "digit@dult.ue" project is inspired by an Erasmus + KA2 "Math-GAMES" project carried out by the German partner, of which he is coordinator, which is achieving good results.Watch the following website: http://digitaladults.eu
